Support you can actually reach
Three ways to get help, and none of them is a ticket queue. The assistant sitting in the corner of this page is the same one your visitors talk to — ask it anything about the service. When you want a person, you email us and get the person who runs your deployment.
Start here
Ask the assistant
Open the panel in the bottom corner of this page. It answers from the same content your own visitors see, so what it tells you is exactly what your customers are being told. Try it with something awkward — that is how you find the gaps worth filling.
Email a person
Write to support@cusbot.com and put your website address in the subject line. That is the fastest way for us to find your deployment and answer from its actual settings rather than from memory.
Ask for your numbers
Want this month’s transcripts, the leads the assistant captured, or a breakdown of what visitors keep asking about? Ask and we send them. Your monthly report already carries the conversation count.
Talk to a human
There is no support tier to buy and no queue to sit in. Email support@cusbot.com and you are talking to the people who built and run your deployment — the same ones who pick up when the assistant hands a visitor over.
What we can change for you
You should never have to log into anything and start editing settings. Tell us what you want in plain words and we make the change, verify it and confirm it back to you.
How a request moves
Roughly the same path whether you asked the assistant or wrote to us. You never touch code at any point.
You ask
In the panel on this page, or by email. Plain language is fine — you do not need to know how any of it is built.
We confirm what you meant
One short reply saying exactly what we are about to change, so nothing gets reworded behind your back.
We make the change
Content, wording, placement or settings — handled on our side, under your own customer key.
We verify and confirm
We ask the real question and check the answer is right, then tell you it is live. No “should be working now”.
What to expect
Common questions
How do we get started?
Order through the site and we take it from there. We ask for your website address or the documents you want the assistant to answer from, build it, place it on your site and test it with real questions before anyone sees it. You do not prepare anything technical first.
What do we need from you?
Your website address, or the files behind the answers your visitors ask for most — policies, shipping and returns, opening hours, pricing, warranty. If it is already published on your site we work from that. If it lives in a document nobody has uploaded, send it and we load it.
What if the assistant does not know something?
It says so, and offers to hand the visitor to your team rather than guessing. That message is your shortlist of content worth adding — send us those questions and we fill the gap. We would rather it admit a gap than invent a price.
Can we change what it says?
Yes, and you do not do it yourself. Tell us what is wrong or how you would like it to sound, we rewrite the source content and redeploy. You do not log in anywhere or learn a tool.
What happens if a visitor needs a person?
The conversation is handed over with the context already captured, so your team is not asking the visitor to repeat everything. Whether that arrival is an email, a form or a phone number is your choice, and we set it up with you.
What counts as a conversation?
One visitor asking and being answered once. A visitor who returns the next day with follow-up questions is not four conversations — we count real exchanges, not page loads or someone opening the panel. If the count ever looks off against what you are seeing, ask us to walk through the month with you.
What happens if we go past 2,000 in a month?
Extra conversations are $7 per 2,000, and nothing is charged silently. We email a usage report on the 20th; if you are on pace to pass your allowance, that report includes a link to prepay another 2,000 for $7. If usage keeps climbing without a top-up, the assistant stops answering rather than running up a bill you never agreed to.
