Every assistant we deploy runs on a hardened global edge network — encrypted in transit, isolated to your account, and grounded in your own content. Your material is used to answer your visitors. It never trains a model, and it is never visible to another customer.

We never train on your data
Your pages, your policies and your conversations are used to answer your visitors at that moment, and for nothing else. We do not build models, and we do not fine-tune one with your material.
Your knowledge base is yours alone
Every customer's content is stored under its own key and is never blended into another customer's assistant. Nothing you send us makes somebody else's deployment smarter.
You can take it or delete it
Ask us to export or erase your content and your conversation history and we do it. No lock-in, no hostage data, no ninety-day withdrawal process.
How we protect your data
Encryption
Traffic to and from the assistant is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or newer. Requests to the model are made from our servers, so no provider key ever reaches a visitor's browser.
Access controls
Your dashboard is password-protected and only the people running your deployment hold the credentials. Nobody gets in by guessing a URL.
Infrastructure
The assistant runs on Cloudflare's edge network, which absorbs traffic floods and keeps abusive requests away from your origin site. Content is held in Cloudflare's key-value storage.
Answers grounded in your content
It replies from the material we load with you, and tells the visitor when something is not covered rather than inventing it. That also means a confident-sounding guess never becomes a data leak.
A short, documented vendor list
Payments are completed entirely by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Infrastructure is Cloudflare. Model requests go to one provider's API from our servers, and nothing else touches your data. Ask us and we will send you the list in writing.
Monitoring and instant removal
We monitor every deployment we run, and we can pull any page out of the knowledge base the moment you tell us it is wrong, out of date or sensitive.

Common questions
Is my content used to train a model?
No. We do not train models, and we do not let your content be used for training. Material you give us is stored to answer your visitors and for nothing else — never sold, never pooled with another customer's.
Can I control what the assistant is allowed to say?
Yes. It answers only from the content we load with you. Anything you have not published becomes a handover to your team instead of a guess, and you can have any page removed from the knowledge base at any time.
Who can read my customers' conversations?
You can, in full. Internally only the person operating your deployment, and only to keep it working. We do not mine customer conversations for anything else, and we never show them to another customer.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Ask us to delete it and it goes — knowledge base, transcripts and captured contact details. If you would rather keep a copy first, we will export it for you.
Where is my data actually stored?
In Cloudflare's key-value storage, on their global network, under a namespace that belongs to your account alone. It is not co-mingled with other customers' content.
